Last week’s Kastamonu tender for 5,000 t prilled urea was said to have been awarded to Ameropa reflecting dollar 217-218 fob Yuzhnyy. Igsas is also reported to have booked 3,000 t for Samsun reflecting dollar 217-218 fob Yuzhnyy. This week an inquiry for prills is said to have attracted an offer reflecting closer to dollar 213 fob. Toros took offers for urea but did not buy. It is however said to be shipping as much as 40,000 t for mid-March arrival into Iskenderun from EuroChem under ltc.
