摘要

Lead-free (1-x) Bi0.9La0.1FeO3-xBa(0.85)Ca(0.15)Zr(0.1)Ti(0.9)O(3) (BLF-BCZT, x = 15.0, 20.0, 22.5, 25.0, 27.5, 30.0, 32.5, 35.0 mol%) multiferroic ceramics were prepared via a solid-state reaction method. Influence of the introduction of Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3 on the structural, electrical and magnetic properties has been studied. A pure rhombohedral phase is formed in all BLF-BCZT ceramics. BLF-BCZT ceramics with 20.0 mol% possess highest E-max and T-C: E-max = 9931.5, T-C = 655.6 degrees C. Ferroelectric properties reached a maximum at x = 35.0 mol%: P-r = 8.3 C/cm(2), E-c = 2.58 kV/mm. Optimized M-r = 0.66 emu/g was obtained in BLF-BCZT ceramics with 25.0 mol% BCZT.
