When people talk about the accessibility of a facility, product or service, they are usually discussing how well it has been designed to allow persons with disabilities to use it. Whilst this has long been important for moral and ethical reasons, it is only recently that countries are passing laws requiring employers and service providers to ensure users with disabilities are not disadvantaged.
