Last year, the IARC, an agency of the WHO - released a report saying glyphosate was 'probably carcinogenic'. Understandably, this gained a lot of media attention and raised some concerns. In May this year, the JMPR - another agency of WHO - released areport saying glyphosate was 'unlikely to cause cancer in people via dietary exposure' and that 'it is possible to establish safe exposure levels'. Where does this leave farmers who use glyphosate?
