Harmon has named Jeff Smith as renovation champion at its Cincinnati office. In this new leadership role, Smith is responsible for introducing the renovation business unit to building owners, property managers and renovation contractors in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus. Harmon has served the Cincinnati area for 12 years. For the past two years, Smith has helped lead and grow Harmon's Cincinnati office glass services segment.
