Fernlea finalizes agreement to purchase Natural Beauty

Fernlea Flowers Limited of Delhi, Ontario has an agreement to purchase the Greiling Farms Inc. operations in Apopka, Florida known as Natural Beauty of Florida and its seed processing laboratory. The purchase includes an unlimited exclusive licence for the use of the trade name "Natural Beauty of Florida" associated with products produced in Apopka. The effective date for change in ownership is May 30. However, as Fernlea Flowers president Joe Howe noted, "our agreement is subject to the approval ofthe bankruptcy courts in the U.S."
