Statoil Signs Academic Collaboration Agreement with UT-Austin

Norway-based Statoil and the University of Texas at Austin (UT) have signed an energy partnership agreement provid-ing the university with an annual funding of US$1 million for five years. The agreement is Statoil's largest of its kind outside Nor-way, and UT has been chosen as the company's pilot uni-versity in the United States, according to the announcement.
