SemGroup Corp. announced November 17 that it has sent a letter to Plains All American Pipeline L.P. reiterating Sem-Group's board of directors' rejection of the unsolicited, un-changed proposal by Plains to acquire all outstanding shares of SemGroup for US$24 per share in cash. Plains All American's unsolicited proposal was origi-nally made on October 6 and is $4.72 lower than the closing price of SemGroup on November 15.
