The system under consideration is a horizontal stratified plane layer between z=+/- d/2 filled by electrically conducting inviscid Boussinesq fluid rotating with a constant angular velocity Omega=Omega(z) over cap under a vertical gravitational field g=-g (z) over cap and a non-uniform right-lined magnetic field B-0.
