摘要

The electrical surface properties and aggregate stability of biological nanoparticles of three influenza virus strains are investigated by laser microelectrophoresis and flow ultramicroscopy.The differences in the character and kinetics of coagulation(reversible or superfast coagulation,the presence or absence of an induction period,spontaneous disaggregation of particles)are explained by the specific features of the formation and structure of an electric double layer of the strains under consideration and by the structural transformations of surface virion components.
