Bringing the flowers of our landscape indoors can provide close-up enjoyment for several days to a week or more. Flowers will last longest in "loose" water instead of floral foam. Using an old-fashioned "pin holder" or a grid of clear tape across thecontainer opening, we can create a support system for our flowers that will allow rather controlled placement in clear containers. We'll need containers of appropriate size, a sharp knife and/or nippers; one or more pin holders, clear tape, floral preservative for clear containers and florist's Cling adhesive. Depending upon the size of the arrangement and number of flowers, allow from 10 to 30 minutes to create each of the designs.
