Control center upgrade for 190MW multi-unit power plant in Tanzania

Metso delivered a custom engineered distributed control system to integrate IPP operation of a mixed fleet of gas turbine units that make up the 190MW Ubungo power plant Songas Ltd, an IPP in Tanzania, replaced separate OEM controls for gas turbine plants at its 190MW power plant in Ubungo with a Metso engineered distributed control system customized to the plant's operation.
