The recovery of feedstock prices along with the continuing drop in NGL prices saw heavy drops in frac spread margins this week with ethane in particular remaining unprofitable to make. Several other frac spread margins in Mont Belvieu are falling fast with propane's margin dropping 98%, to 17￠/gal, and the margin on butane dropping 56%, to 28￠/gal.
