Atlas Pipeline Partners to Sell Elk City System to Enbridge for US$682M

Atlas Pipeline Partners signed a definitive agreement to sell its Elk City gathering and processing system to En-bridge Energy Partners LP for US$682 million. The system includes 800 miles of pipelines and four gas processing plants with a capacity to handle 370 million cubic feet per day of gas and produce 20,000 barrels per day of natural gas liquids and oil in southwestern Okla- homa and the Texas Panhandle. The system will be integrated with Enbridge's 1,800-mile Anadarko system in the area.
