The atlas has exit pages (3, 4), which indicate partial sections of overall plan, and connection or target pages (7) on the exit pages of a currently disintegrated double page indicating to retrieval. The pages (7) can not be attained by simple turnover and can be disintegrated by a gripping aid (8) in a directly accessible manner. The aid has a recess in a side edge region, and the recess extends from the pages (3, 4) to the pages (7).
