Natural Gas Advocates Turn Up the Heat

When the U.S. Congress resumes in September, the U.S. Senate takes up its version of a climate change and energy bill, as well as a secondary bill that promotes natural gas to fuel vehicles. These follow passage of House Bill 2454, the so-called Waxman-Markey bill, whose 1,100 pages contain proposals that could transform the energy industry.
