Eni gets bids from three investors for stakes in TENP, Transitgas pipeline

Eni has received at least three offers for its planned divestment of the German TENP and the Swiss Transitgas pipeline, sources familiar with the matter told Bloomberg. Fluxys and an Allianz SE fund are understood to be bidding jointly for the assets, estimated to be worth about ?1 billion ($1.45 billion). Deutsche Bank’s infrastructure investment segment RREEF and Global Infrastructure Partners made separate offers.
