摘要

Norway is hours away from a total shutdown of oil and gas production after talks between striking oil workers and employers broke down for a third time. The government is under increasing pressure to intervene after the Oil Industry Association (OLF), which includes Statoil and ExxonMobil, said it would lock out offshore employees from midnight after failing to resolve the two week long dispute over pensions.
