Tech Air completes the latest deals in series of M&A

Tech Air has acquired not one, but two US-based welding companies: Ravena Welding Supply in New York, and Hereford Welding Supply from Texas. This acquisitions become the 16th and 17th add-on for the Connecticut-based company, under the ownership of CI Capital Partners and Tech Air Management, further expanding its presence the Northeast of the US whilst establishing hubs throughout the rest of North America.
