Strong-inversion CMOS Companding Integrator

摘要

An implementation of a CMOS current-mode instantaneous companding integrator in strong-inversion is presented.The main advantage of the proposed circuit is its simplicity.Moreover,the frequency response of the integrator can be easily compensated.The operation of the circuit has been confirmed through simulations,conducted for a 2#mu#m n-well CMOS process.
