For AGC Instruments, the aim has always been to provide a 'complete gas analysis solution'for its customers, a mantra it has held since its inception in Ireland in 1965. A leading European manufacturer of gas chromatographs and gas analysers for use in an ever-growing array of applications worldwide, AGC Instruments celebrated its 50th anniversary last year and has never looked stronger. The company has an already well-established distributor network in Europe and the Middle East, its own office in Beijing, China, and overhauled its base in Ireland in recent years to move to a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility that houses manufacturing and R&D operations all under one roof. Coupled with a growing outreach In terms of geography and application, and an increasing depth in its product portfolio, the future looks bright for AGC Instruments. The company sees further reason for optimism in the knowledge that reinvestment in various projects is now overdue, as Managing Director Marcus Creaven explains in an exclusive interview with gasworld.
