Duodenal malignancy is rare (~5 per 1,000,000), and sarcomas compose only 6% of all duodenal tumors. The GI symptoms related to this tumor are not commonly encountered in clinical practice. We present an interesting case of a uterine mullerian adenosarcoma that metasta-sized to the duodenum, presenting as upper GI bleeding with obstructive symptoms.'
