This paper discusses plane motions wherein a mass m is moving under the influence of a mass M ( M 》 m ), or the electron e is moving around the proton in the Hydrogen atom. The following conditions 7° will be considered: a) both m and its gravity field, or e in its electric field, are in accelerating motion; b) the gravity field of any mass extends to infinity, and the effect of any changes of a mass requires time depending on the distance to the other mass; c) given the law of inertia, it is presumed that the accelerating field induces a secondary field that is in contradiction with the primary field, and thus the resultant field is the sum of the two fields. Taking into consideration these conditions, a formula can be deduced, the rightness of which will be proved by numerous well-known results.
