France-based waste-to-energy (WTE) specialist Europlasma announced September 26 that share trading in the company has been restored following a conciliation agreement with lenders including Credit Suisse, key suppliers, its major owner and its main banker. “After five months of conciliation, we are delighted to announce that approval was given by the Commercial Court of Mont de Marsan on September 6, 2013 on the memorandum of settlement signed with the Group’s partners,” according to the company.
