New York Sues U.S. EPA, Corps of Engineers over Shale-Gas Fracking

Dealing a potential blow to the expansion of natural gas supplies in the U.S., New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman on May 31 filed suit against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for alleged failure to review shale-gas fracking that is suspected to be a threat to drinking water.
