摘要

An improved method for measuring the parameters of low-frequency dynamic-susceptibility spectra in aqueous solutions is developed. The parameters are determined by Raman scattering. Using the Marquardt-Levenberg algorithm, the dynamic-susceptibility spectra are well approximated by two Lorentz components, the relaxation component, and the background linearly increasing within the frequency range of 4 to 320 cm"1. As an example, the parameters of water intended for injections and contained in a sealed ampoule were determined and compared in the course of successive measurements. The variations of these parameters are shown to have a directional character. The number of oscillators is most likely to redistribute among the components.
