Rieber bids for Sea4

GC Rieber Shipping has made a bid to buy up all the issued and outstanding shares in Norwegian offshore construction support company Sea4 at an offer price of US $0.56 per share. Sea4 has contracted two IMR/construc-tion support subsea vessels which are currently being built at the Freire Shipyard in Spain under a Spanish tax lease arrangement. The vessels are scheduled for delivery in June 2010 and March 2011.
