Nolato buys Cope Allman Jaycare

Swedish injection molder Nolato has expanded its geographic base in western Europe by acquiring Cope Allman Jaycare of the UK. The Torekov-based company has been expanding aggressively in the past few years, with new plants in China and Hungary and an acquisition in the US. Nolato is paying SEK179m (?21.1m) for Cope Allman Jaycare, plus deferred consideration based on the business's performance through the first quarter of 2014.
