Indian automotive supplier takes over Peguform

The Samvardhana Motherson group, an Indian automotive supplier, has acquired a majority 80% share in Peguform, the German moulder of automotive thermoplastic interior and exterior parts. Samvardhana Motherson is acquiring the shareholding from Peguform's present owner, Austria-based Cross Industries.
