Engel caps packaging production with e-Cap

On the Engel stand electric drive machines are the major focus, represented by six machine demonstrations including its new closure moulding unit.The new e-Cap all-electric caps and closures machine is claimed to be the most economic closures moulding machine on the market. The 420-tonne e-Cap will produce 26mm diameter x-light HDPE closures on a 2.6s cycle time in a 96-cavity Schottli closure mould.
