Aptar Group announces record sales for 2013

BUSINESS US-based company Aptar Group, a leader in the global dispensing systems industry with over 50 years operating in the consumer packaging market, has announced record annual sales for 2013 of$2.5bn(?1.82bn). Aptar Group, which includes France-based Aptar Stelmi, reported a sales increase of 8% rising from $2.3bn (?1.7bn) at the end of 2012 to $2.5bn (?1.82bn) at the end of 2013. Aptar Stelmi contributed approxi- mately $74m (?54m) or 3% to the annual sales growth, while changes in currency exchange rates added an additional 1%.
