We welcome the opportunity to address the editorial from Wirth and Huber [1 ] and would like to thank the authors for their comments. The International Robotic Cystectomy Consortium (IRCC) is now a group of 51 surgeons at 30 institutions in 12 countries that has prospectively collected data on robot-assisted cystectomy. Institutions followed standardized and meticulously drafted guidelines in providing 3-mo follow-up data using the modified Dindo-Clavien classification (Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center [MSKCC] based) to analyze and grade complications. Four of the 20 institutions that did not have patients with adequate follow-up were not included in the analysis. Interinstitution comparison was not performed to comply with IRCC institutional confidentiality.
