In this month's issue of the journal, Zappa et al. [1 ] report a new analysis for studying the mortality impact of screening in the European Randomized Study of Screening for Prostate Cancer (ERSPC). The original analysis [2] examined prostate cancer (PCa) deaths in the two arms, with cause of death adjudicated by a central committee.
