Marangoni expands Retread business

From 1 Sept 2011, Ellerbrock Reifenrunderneuerungs-Technologie GmbH will trade under the name of Marangoni Retreading Systems Deutschland GmbH. It marks a final step in the acquisition of the German company and a step toward a more global brand image for the Italian company. Marangoni Group acquired Ellerbrock in the early 1990s and has been gradually integrating Ellerbrock's retread activities with Marangoni's operations. The change of name is just the final step in the merging of the two companies.
