Forbo acquires balco chemie

Forbo Holding AG has acquired 100 percent of distributor Balco Chemie Benelux BUBA.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.The two-person Balco operation,which has annual sales of approximately EURO1 million,has been Forbo's distributor of industrial adhesives in Belgium for a long time,said a statement from Zurich,Switzerland-based Forbo.
