Carbon black price hikes as supply tightens

UK: Leading carbon black producers Orion Engineered Carbons and Cabot Corp announced price hikes on their products as costs rise in the industry. Cabot said it would increase prices globally on all carbon black products as of 1 Sept while Orion is increasing prices of its speciality carbon blacks by up to 8 percent as of 1 Oct.
