A 7-year-old Boy with an Abdominal Wall Hernia and Ischemia of the Left Leg after a Bicycle Handle Bar Injury

Traumatic abdominal wall hernia is a rare event, We describe a 7-year-old boy in whom this rare injury was combined with a traumatic dissection of the external iliac artery.The hernia was corrected by primary repair, the dissection by resection of the injured part and end-to-end anastomosis.
