Save sampling processes during the manufacture of synthetic resins

During the manufacture of synthetic resins the analytical parameters of the product have to be established in regular intervals, particularly towards the endpoint of the reaction. For this purpose samples are drawn from the reactor through more or less sophisticated devices and analyzed in the laboratory for their chemical and physical properties. The sampling process is often rendered difficult because the product temperature may be as high as 270 deg C/520 deg F, the reactor is operated under vacuum or verpressure and the product may be corrosive or toxic. In the following the newly developed sample valve EPV 25 and its advantages are described.
