A multiple-wavelength coupling unit in the microscope range from Witec makes it possible to switch between different excitation wavelengths simply by rotating a filter wheel. Calibration and alignment ofthe laser beam remain unchanged in all positions, so accurate and variable confocal Raman imag-ing is possible. Each wavelength position has a wavelength-optimised filter set, enabling the maximum opticalthroughput and so making a decisivecontribution to the high sensitivity ofthe system.
