TQC has launched a compact digital microscope for surface inspections. The instrument is particularly suitable for analysing coating faults, imperfections, pre-treatment guality and so on. It can be connected to the USB interface of a PC and used in direct contact with the surface or at a distance. The eight integrated white light LEDs are adjustable in intensity, guaranteeing a clear view without reflections. The microscope measures 102 x 35 x 35 mm and has 2.0 megapixel resolution, 1/4-inch CMOS image sensor anda magnification range of 10 times to 230 times.
