Physics of bone bonding mechanism of different surface bioactive ceramic materials in vitro and in vivo.

摘要

The present work deals with fundamental problems around bone bonding mechanism. Different sorts of biomaterials: inert, bioactive and metals are discussed. The importance of surface properties of biomaterials, as, e.g., zeta potential, is of utmost importance to understand the bonding mechanism.
