摘要

Urban soils and technogenic surface formations (TSFs) in the areas of multistory housing in the city of Perm combine the features inherited from the natural zonal soddy-podzolic soils with the features acquired under human impacts. The major factors controlling the development of the new physicochemical and chemical properties of urban soils and TSFs are the application of calcareous rock for building construction, the application of peat composts for lawns, soil contamination with heavy metals and organic materials, and the use of de-icing mixtures on the roads.
