摘要

Stationary observations proved that long-term measurements permit us to obtain significantly more precise values of soil creep velocity. Depending on soil texture, the average creep velocity ranges from 0.4 to 1.25 mm/year. We recommend that these values be used for further studies of creep phenomena and soil cover formation, as well as for the calculation of slope denudation and transportation of substances to Lake Baikal.
