Mooring rights

In another Chancery Division case on canals, Moore v British Waterways Board [2012] EWHC 182 (CH) the court reviewed British Waterways Boards powers of regulation and control of the Grand Union Canal. In particular, it examined powers under section 8 of the British Waterways Act 1983 which can require the removal of vessels moored without lawful authority.
