In the year 2009 the project "Construction and assembly technique for high temperature electronics" started as part of gebo (Collaborative Research Program for Ge-othermal Energy and High Performance-Drilling). The focus of this project was the development of an integrated, active cooling system for electronic circuit boards. Furthermore, the assembly of the electronic components of the cooled board was examined.
