Amendments to Vehicular Air Pollutant Emission Standards Preannounced

As per the EPA, the preannounced amendments to the Vehicular Air Pollutant Emission Standards were mainly to comply with the incidental resolutions that the Legislative Yuan made when the Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Management Act was adopted. That is to say, after the implementation of this Act, the reduction and management of greenhouse gases will be enforced in accordance with the provisions of the Act and will no longer be controlled by the Air Pollution Control Act.
