SMS Demag to supply 20-high CMR to TPCO Yuantong

TPCO Yuantong Stainless Steel Ware Corp., Ltd., P.R. China, orders the second 20-high cold rolling mill from SMS Demag AG, Germany, after SMS Demag had already supplied the first one. The scope of supply includes the design and manufacture of the mechanical and electrical equipment as well as the supervision of erection and commissioning. The new 20-high cold rolling mill will process hot rolled stainless steel strip (annealed and pickled) of series 300 and 400, meeting highest requirements placed on the strip surface quality.
