摘要

The voltammetric behavior of norepinephrine at poly(2,4,6-trimethylpyridine) modified glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The polymer film modified electrode exhibited a promotion effect on the oxidation of norepinephrine. In pH 7.4 PBS, the anodic current increased linearly with the concentration of norepinephrine in the range of 5.0 x 10(-6)-1.0 x 10(-4) mol dm(-3). The detection limit (S/N= 3) was 8.0 x 10(-9) mol dm(-3). The interference of AA with the determination of norepinephrine could be eliminated because of the very distinct attracting interaction between NE and poly(2,4,6-trimethylpyridine) in pH 7,4 PBS. The proposed method exhibited good recovery and reproducibility. [References: 15]
