PetroChina Co Ltd will begin building a 300,000-cubic metre oil terminal in Shanghai this spring to meet the city's rising oil demand,said local media reports.The company and Chimbusco Marine Bunker Co Ltd will jointly invest 368 million yuan in the terminal.(USUS1=8.27 yuan).
