RALLY SHOWS LPG IS GOOD FOR ENVIRONMENT

The official results of the Autogas Challenge Clean Air Rally clearly demonstrate the environmental benefits of LPG, Australian LPG Association president Alan Beale said. More than 200kg of carbon dioxide emissions were saved by the five LPG-powered cars over the course of two days alone. The cleaner-fuelled cars traveled alongside conventional petrol-powered vehicles over approximately 1,500km; leaving from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide and converging on the national LPG conference in Albury.
